Consultation & Order Confirmation
Once we’ve discussed your specific needs and finalized a purchase agreement, a detailed purchase summary will be generated in the form of an invoice. This invoice will reflect our agreed terms and be accessible in your user profile. You’ll also receive a copy via email for your records.
Shipping Policies

General Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items if the following conditions are met:

Non-Booting or Defective Parts

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated for reasons other than defect or error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may opt to use your own shipping carrier or request a pre-paid return label, in which case, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Processing Time
