  • For Orders Under $1,000: We accept payment by credit card through a secure, encrypted payment link, ensuring that your transaction is safe and seamless.

  • For Orders Over $1,000: Payments are processed via wire transfer. This method provides an added layer of security for higher-value transactions.

Consultation & Order Confirmation

Once we’ve discussed your specific needs and finalized a purchase agreement, a detailed purchase summary will be generated in the form of an invoice. This invoice will reflect our agreed terms and be accessible in your user profile. You’ll also receive a copy via email for your records.

Shipping Policies

We ship orders domestically and internationally, ensuring that you receive your items promptly and reliably. In case of any shipping issues, please reach out, and we’ll assist with tracking and resolving the matter.

Shipping Method

Customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred carrier for delivery. If you wish to use your own shipping account or arrange for a specific carrier, please provide the necessary details during checkout or consult with our support team.

Shipping Timeline

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we aim to ensure timely dispatch.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will reach out to discuss expected availability and delivery schedules. You will have the option to adjust your order or proceed based on the updated timeline.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and in your user profile. This tracking link allows you to monitor the shipment’s progress and estimated arrival time. We recommend checking the tracking details regularly for the most current information.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, though additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Return Policies

We ship orders domestically and internationally, ensuring that you receive your items promptly and reliably. In case of any shipping issues, please reach out, and we’ll assist with tracking and resolving the matter.

General Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

  • Special order items, as well as any items specified as non-returnable during purchase, are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable. Please note that shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Booting or Defective Parts

  • Eligibility: If you receive a part that fails to function as expected or does not boot, it may qualify for an RMA.

  • Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the defective item and complete an inspection, we will either process a replacement or offer a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

  • RMA Timeframe: After the item is returned and reviewed, we will provide an estimated replacement or refund timeline.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated for reasons other than defect or error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may opt to use your own shipping carrier or request a pre-paid return label, in which case, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If the item is defective or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders: Custom or specially sourced items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Products that are returned in a used or damaged condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
